You have a solid background in performance modeling, benchmarking, and virtual prototypes, and you are familiar with SystemC, shift-left approaches, and y-chart methodologies. Your recent experience with Chiplet and Multi-die systems in advanced nodes sets you apart, and you understand systems and architectures across multiple application domains such as signal processing, image and video processing, AI, wireless communication, automotive, and high-performance computing. You have a proven track record of managing complex SoC design projects in advanced nodes with successful customer outcomes. You excel in customer-focused settings, with 15+ years of experience in technical organizations, and you are adept at developing methodologies and solutions that bridge the gap between customer requirements and the capabilities provided by IPs, tools, and services. Your ability to manage research collaborations and innovation projects further enhances your profile. You hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, ideally with supplemental business or project management qualifications. You are fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and customer interfacing abilities make you an ideal candidate for this role.What You'll Be Doing:

• Enable customers to efficiently create their complex domain-specific hardware and software platforms by providing tailored system-level solutions and expert support.
• Partner with customers in design and methodology pilots, ensuring a seamless integration between their requirements and our offerings.
• Own strategic engagements, serving as the primary interface across organizations, products, and second-level expertise within Synopsys.
• Create domain-specific reference platforms and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solutions across the full range of Synopsys technology and expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs and drive innovation.
• Manage and contribute to research collaborations and funded innovation projects, ensuring successful outcomes and advancements in technology.The Impact You Will Have:
