Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Application Support
Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for associates, providing
high-level customer service
Document and resolve reported issues while utilizing a ticketing
system
Collaborate with IT teams and maintain an understanding of
corporate policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical call center or
comparable education preferred
Basic SQL knowledge is required
Experience with call/chat interfaces and ticketing systems is
ideal
Familiarity with software development in languages such as
UniBasic, Java, React, or Python
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Office
products is preferred
