Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transfers Support Agent - Payer.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate inquiries received and route them to the appropriate
department
Ensure confidentiality of collected and stored data while
maintaining accurate records
Facilitate the setup of retrieval method accounts and monitor all
retrieval methods and provider portals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related
field is a plus
Experience in data management or health information handling
preferred
Familiarity with electronic medical records and data transfer
processes
Ability to meet internal goals for efficiency and accuracy
Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination
requirements
