For one to achieve success with our company, they will need to be able to develop and motivate others by example. Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities: Go directly to our client's lead base performing door-to-door sales pitches to sell the various client offerings Assist homeowners and residences with saving money through our community-focused sales practice Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution Set appointments for closed sales, explaining the installation process from start to finish with transparency Escalate any outstanding customer questions to our team of Sales Experts to ensure the customer understands the entire sale process as needed Network with strategy and grow/develop our customer base Monitor and track company metrics based on the team's performance
