Permanent Industry: Manufacturing Responsibilities: 1. Sales
Generating Activities: - Conduct sales calls and meetings to
generate new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales
team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. -
Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to
promote company products and services. - Maintain a strong pipeline
of leads and follow up on all inquiries promptly. - Prepare and
deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers. 2.
Key Account Management (KAM): - Build and maintain strong
relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and
loyalty. - Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts
and provide appropriate solutions. - Act as the main point of
contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues in a
timely manner. - Regularly review key account performance and
identify opportunities for growth and upselling. 3. Purchase
Orders: - Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently,
ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. - Coordinate with
internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products to
customers. - Monitor order status and provide regular updates to
customers. - Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to
purchase orders. 4. Cold-Calling: - Conduct cold-calling activities
to generate leads and expand customer base. - Introduce company
products and services to potential customers over the phone. -
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further sales
discussions. - Maintain accurate records of all cold-calling
activities and outcomes. 5. Calipers: - Utilize calipers and other
measuring instruments to accurately assess product dimensions. -
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues
related to product dimensions. 6. Customer Service: - Provide
exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer
inquiries and concerns. - Assist customers in selecting the right
products based on their needs and requirements. - Handle customer
complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer
satisfaction. - Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively
address customer queries. 7. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
- Identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate
solutions. - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely
resolutions. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify
opportunities for business growth. - Develop strategies to overcome
sales challenges and achieve sales targets. 8. Goldmine and
Syteline: - Utilize Goldmine and Syteline software to manage
customer information, sales activities, and order processing. -
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
and sales activities. - Generate reports and analyze data from
Goldmine and Syteline to evaluate sales performance and identify
areas for improvement. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a
similar inside sales role within the manufacturing industry. Proven
track record of achieving sales targets and generating new
business. Strong knowledge of sales generating activities,
including cold-calling and key account management. Experience in
processing purchase orders and coordinating with internal
departments. Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring
instruments to assess product dimensions. Excellent customer
service skills and ability to build and maintain strong customer
relationships. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to
identify and address customer needs effectively. Familiarity with
Goldmine and Syteline software or equivalent CRM and ERP systems.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated
and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success in sales.
