Job Description:
Description: Responsible for system level software and hardware
definition interface with customer to perform system level and
component level safety assessment to perform system level
reliability prediction- in conjunction with other team members.
Define system level requirements define validation and verification
processes. Develop certification report to support system
integration and troubleshooting activities. Design and develop test
environment for component level and system level formal testing
activities. Create test procedures, execute tests and review test
results. Document test results define and capture requirements for
EMI, EMC, DO-160, ARP7454, ARP4761, HALT, HASS and other applicable
customer or aerospace industry specific standards. Perform failure
mode and effects analysis (FMEA), fault tree analysis (FTA), common
cause analysis (CCA) and common mode analysis (CMA). Requirements:
Bachelor’s, degree, or foreign equivalent, in engineering or a
related field plus 8 years of experience as an Aerospace Engineer
or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have
employment experience with: (1) Airbus ABD. (2) System Verification
and Validation and Verification Per ARP4754 and ARP4761 Processes.
(3) System and Software Design and Development per ARP4754, DO178,
DO254. (4) Preparing Plan and Process Documents per ARP4754 and
DO1788/C. (5) System Integration and Troubleshooting. (6)
EMIIEMC/D160/HAL T/HASS Testing. (7) Performing FMEA/FTA/CCA/CMA
Analysis. Worksite: 601 S Vincent Ave, Azusa, CA 91702. Rate of
Pay: $176,134 per year
